Across the border
We crossed the border (no, not into Mexico) but into West Virginia for the wedding of a dear set of friends a few weeks back. I never realized how close WVa is to DC. We had a great time getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city, relaxing a bit while getting to know the Brooks & Somerville families more, celebrating the newlyweds all weekend, and exploring the little town of Shepardstown, WVa. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Brooks, you're officially husband and wife!
