RSVPing

On my way home from work each day I now have to make an extra stop.... to my old mailbox, because...
I am officially all moved into our new home! More on our homes, furniture stories you wouldnt believe unless you lived it, and pictures of our set up so far.  But, back to the reason for this post: RSVPS.

My mailbox has been filling up, the cards were coming in quickly at first and now a little slower.
So far we've only had a few surprises.  Mostly "we can't wait to celebrate" and very few "we'll celebrate from afar."  Most devastating to date has been a few great friends of mine (one from growing up and a few from college) and another of family friends who are more like family than friends... we hoped they would be able to make it but can't. I guess that's a summer wedding for yah but we will miss them all dearly!

 The most exciting part besides opening the envelopes (I've never got so much mail in my life!!) is reading the messages that so many people pen on the RSVP card.  Messages of love and encouragement, heartfelt wishes & their excitement to celebrate with us, or even little pictures made out of the dots.  We are definitely planning on saving these and need to find a way to save/ display them for others to enjoy too.

So get those RSVPs in people! Theres a few handfuls of yall that havent responded yet. And we're just as excited (or more) than you are for 6.30!
