Football in full swing

Football is clearly one of my fall top happenings.  We've already gotten to celebrate 3 big wins for the Dukes this year... so in an abbreviated version, here's a recap of the fun we've already had cheering on the best team in the CAA!

game 1: dc alumni road trip back to bridgeforth stadium! what better way to get to a jmu game than a bus filled with other jmu football lovers! we even pulled onto campus blaring the fight song! first game in the new stadium= win!

game 2: road trip! annual eickel family wm vs jmu showdown.  It got hairy there for a little bit, but the dukes delivered! we'll take a rainy win over no win any day. sadly the rain made us miss the whole group pic opportunity.  

game 3: happy 100th anniversary alumni, we celebrated homecoming this past weekend and had a great time.  the alumni birthday gala was a great end to the weekend with klines, a photo book, video confessional, local wine, a band and even duke dog!
